This is the fourth course in the standard secondary English language arts pathway, beginning in the 2025-26 school year. Building on the skills developed in Literature & Composition I-III, this course refines students’ ability to interpret, analyze, evaluate, and apply real-world texts and communications across diverse modes, genres, and disciplines. Designed to prepare students for effective communication in academic, workforce, and real-life contexts, the course aligns with Georgia’s 9-12 English Language Arts Standards and meets 12th-grade.
